In this Adobe Premiere Pro CC Tutorial, I will show you the best settings for exporting full size portrait, square, landscape, or story / stories videos for INSTAGRAM! This is awesome for promo clips of longer videos, podcasts, memes, music videos etc. You can transfer clips to your phone using things like airdrop, bluetooth, email, usb transfer etc.

Quick Cheat Sheet Sequence Settings:
Portrait – 1080 x 1350
Square – 1080 x 1080
Stories – 1080 x 1920
